About the Conference
Welcome to ICETE 2026
ICETE 2026 brings together researchers, engineers, and postgraduate students from around the world to present original work across selected topics in electrical, mechanical, civil, and computer engineering. The conference provides a rigorous, peer-reviewed forum for exchanging ideas on sustainable energy systems, intelligent infrastructure, and emerging computational methods.
Dates
3–4 December 2026
Format
Virtual · Zoom
Publication
All accepted and presented papers will be published as chapters in an edited, peer-reviewed volume. Each chapter receives an individual DOI. Extended versions of selected papers will be invited for submission to partner journals.

For Authors
How to Submit
Submissions are made through the online form linked below. Prepare your manuscript, export it as a PDF, and have your author details ready.
There is no submission fee and no publication or article-processing charge.
How It Works
Submitting in three steps
1
Prepare your manuscript
Follow the manuscript requirements listed on this page. Remove author-identifying information for the double-blind review.
2
Export to PDF
Check that all figures render correctly, fonts are embedded, and the file does not exceed 10 MB.
3
Complete the submission form
Upload the PDF and enter the title, abstract, keywords, chosen track, and details of all authors. A confirmation email is sent automatically.
Standards
Manuscript requirements and ethics
Submissions that do not meet these requirements are returned without review.
Manuscript Requirements
Length: 12–20 pages including figures, tables, and references
Language: professional academic English, checked for grammar and clarity
Format: single-column manuscript, A4, 11pt, 1.5 line spacing, submitted as PDF. Figures and tables placed within the text at the point of first mention.
Originality: content must be original and not under review elsewhere
Similarity: an overall similarity index below 15% is required
Figures: legible at print size, with vector graphics preferred
Publication Ethics
Plagiarism, duplicate submission, and fabricated data lead to immediate rejection.
All listed authors must have made a genuine intellectual contribution to the work.
Any use of generative AI tools in manuscript preparation must be disclosed in the acknowledgements.
Conflicts of interest must be declared at submission.
Plan Ahead
Key Dates
All deadlines are 23:59 UK time. The full schedule, with descriptions of each milestone, is on the Dates page.
Full papers must be uploaded through the online submission system by 23:59 UK time. This is a hard deadline; submissions received after this time do not enter the review process.
2
by 20 October 2026
Notification of Acceptance
Corresponding authors are notified of the outcome by email, together with the full reviewer reports. Decisions are accept, accept with minor revisions, or reject.
3
10 November 2026
Final Manuscript Deadline
Authors of accepted papers submit the final version, revised to address every reviewer comment and prepared in the required format. Manuscripts not received by this date are withdrawn from the programme.
4
20 November 2026
Author Registration Deadline
At least one author of each accepted paper must complete registration for the paper to appear in the programme. Registration is free of charge but is mandatory, and identifies the presenting author.
5
3–4 December 2026
Conference
Two days of keynote lectures, technical sessions and panel discussions, held online. Each accepted paper must be presented live by one of its authors.
